Hunt Story
We decided to let the deer grow another year last year. I have been watching this deer all summer and hunted him hard in early bow season, but was unsuccessful. I have been trying to pinpoint where he was traveling during the daylight. I hung a new lock-on last week in a high traffic area hoping he was using the trails. Several does come in to feed for a while and finally had several little bucks coming to check them out, and had two more mature deer come in the check it out, and finally the big 9 come in to check it out.
