Hunt Story
My wife and I were hunting over our food plot. We were watching eight does and two small bucks feeding. They fed for about an hour. Some of the does starting acting nervous. Several ran back into the woods on the right side. A few minutes later, I noticed a large-body deer approaching from the right side. I studied the deer and determined it was a large buck. I waited patiently until the buck stepped out into the food plot. He came in grunting and stopped on the edge. He offered a great broadside shot at 120 yards. He ran about 15 yards then crashed in a briar thicket.
