Hunt Story
I was hunting our club food plot located on a creek bottom from a wooden blind located on the ground. It was a Monday afternoon in a slight mist. At approximately 4:30 p.m., six does came out to feed in the plot approximately 70 yards away. At 5:50 p.m. they all looked up toward the back of the food plot. They were watching the 13-pointer who had moved into the food plot. At approximately 5:55 it moved to approximately 200 yards and turned broadside, so I took the shot. It fell immediately, so there was no tracking needed.
