Hunt Story

There was a light drizzle all afternoon. There was no movement, until around 7:30 when a doe and her fawns stepped out in the food plot. They started to feed on corn and the clover that we had planted. Then about 15 minutes later that buck stepped out. He went over where we had made a mock scrape. Then he came right under my stand and then walked out 5 yards in front of me. I reached for my bow and made the shot while sitting down. We found the arrow, and it was covered all the way, and then we only found one spot of blood, so we decided to come back and look for it the next day. We found him the next day laying in the creek, tangled up in some briers.
