Hunt Story
A picture was taken of this buck on the trail camera on Friday morning at 10AM. This was the first time we had seen this buck on our property. This was the same spot that I had been hunting in since the season started. I hunted him Friday evening but didn't see him. Saturday morning, I hunted again seeing several does and bucks but not this one. Saturday evening, I went out again and saw a few smaller bucks but not him. Sunday morning around 8AM I heard leaves moving and walking and saw this buck walking through the woods. I watched him for 5 minutes until I was able to get a clear shot. I shot him and he jumped and kicked trotting off. A few seconds later I heard he crashed. He ran about 30 yards from where I shot him.
