Hunt Story

My dad had recently had bad luck here as he had missed several bucks with his bow and one with a muzzleloader when it misfired. So he told me to come hunt at this spot because he said he had bad luck. We got there and sat for about an hour and a half and then suddenly had two small bucks in front of us and one doe behind us. Then it started to pour down on us for about 10 minutes and we had to sit tight. After the rain was over the deer we had seen before the rain had moved on and we had a couple does about 100 yards in front of us. My dad kept telling me to look behind me every so often, so I went to check and I saw this guy with his mind on the does in front of us. He went right over this small hill which made me stand up to get a shot, I tried to grunt to stop him but he kept walking. He finally stopped to eat for a second and then looked up to see me trying to get a clear shot. He turned to face me and I shot through his chest back through his lungs, I was so happy because I had killed a buck while standing and made the shot much harder for me.
