Hunt Story
The hunt story is short and simple. I was hunting in a long established “high tower” wooden blind overlooking two food plots. After I’d been hunting an hour and a half, I’d seen one doe at a far distance and then this buck suddenly appears in the most distant food plot at about 200 yards. I shot and hit the deer. A friend and I recovered the deer about 20 minutes later. A memorable evening for an 80-year-old and I’m hoping my luck holds out for turkey season 2024!
