Hunt Story
Haddon (age 9) and his Daddy got set up in 2-acre food plot around five o clock pm. Twenty minutes after we got still, four does come in. Twenty minutes later seven more come in. Being opening youth hunt, Haddon was more than ready to pull the trigger on a doe. I told him to wait. Usually if you see deer early then there's a good chance that a buck may show before dark. Forty five minutes pass after the does had move out. The buck come right his paw place and into field. Haddon made a lung shot on him with his .270 at 85 yards buck ran 80 yards.
