Hunt Story
That morning I got in the 15 foot tall box blind about 7:15 AM, seen a few small bucks and does early, later in the morning there was no activity then I happened to hear some leaves or brush noise. Look to my left and about 100 yards he was skirting the edge of a creek draw in the clearcut. I grabbed my 270. Thompson Center released the safety and pulled the trigger quickly, the buck ran 30 yards and laid down. End to a GREAT morning 🥶
