This hunt started out with me and my daddy heading to our ladder stand in the dark. I wasn't sure that we were going to see anything because I had the hiccups all the way to the tree and they were pretty loud. We climbed up in the tree and as I was sitting there in the dark I was give out so I fell asleep. I woke up shortly after daylight because I had to pee. I stood up in the ladder stand and started to pee only to realize that I was actually peeing on my dad's flashlight which he left at the bottom of our ladder stand. After this I fell back asleep and was awoken by what I thought was an earthquake but was only my dad shaking me because a monster buck was walking by in front of us. I quickly grabbed my gun and put it right behind his shoulder and squeezed it off. The buck dropped in his tracks as I had somehow hit him in the neck. What an awesome day!
