Hunt Story
Have seen this deer since summertime. Tried to get him with bow and ended up bumping him to a different area. Found where he moved and saw him opening morning of rifle season and didn’t shoot in hopes I could readjust and get with bow. I almost immediately regretted that decision and went a couple mornings later and shot and missed from 300 yards. This really changed his pattern and he became even less visible on trail cams. He showed up the morning of 11/14 and I went in that afternoon. He came out around 5:45. Shot him facing me at 228 yards with 300 win mag /180 gr. Barnes Tsx bullet.
