Hunt Story
Hunted my climbing stand first time in two years. At 8:30 a.m. a beautiful bobcat came in from behind me an went right by my stand, then nothing until about 9:30 when three or four does came out of thick area and came right for me. The buck was following. He stopped behind a tree limb that still had it leaves, and I could not see him or get a shot. He stood there for about 8 minutes, then finally came out . I took the shot and was successful. I got down followed blood trail and found deer, he was missing left brow tine so was a 7-point but was 20 inches wide, very exciting and very thankful.
