Hunt Story
Invited several members of my local hunting club in Laurens County to go with me to Louisville on the last afternoon of the season. Due to the cold temps, I had no takers, so I sat in the stand that I normally reserve for guests. At approximately 5:45 p.m., a nice 8-point came alone from the hardwoods and starting eating in the food plot comprised of rye and turnips. No tracking was needed after a 75-yard neck shot.
