Hunt Story
My Daddy and I got in the stand right at daylight. As soon as it started to get daylight I saw some deer about 450 yards away in the field. We watched these deer for a while and it was obvious they were not going to come to us, so I asked my daddy if we could stalk them to see if I could get a shot at the buck. We got down and made our way back through the woods to an old firebreak that came out at a ladder stand that was about 150 yards from the deer in the field. We were able to get into the stand without being noticed and the buck had laid down in the field so we had to wait about 30 minutes and he finally stood up and I was able to take him.
