I got in the stand around 5:15. Shortly after I had does and yearling begin entering the food plot. They milled around until around 6:45. Just after they left I heard grunting behind me. The buck came within two yards of my stand before moving far enough away for me to get a shot. I shot him at 20 yards. He made a short run before I heard him crash. I waited an hour before looking for blood. He had only made it about 60 yards.
