Hunt Story
This is a deer I named Apollo. I first had him and another big buck on camera this summer. I tried my best to pattern him. I had one encounter with him in late September at first light. In early October he started to move off and I was only getting photos of him about every three days. Last Friday I had him come within 30 yards and I missed him with my bow. Yesterday evening he came out chasing a doe and I shot him with my crossbow at 20 yards. He ran 15 yards and fell over. He scored 165 inches. Best season I will ever have!
