Hunt Story
I just got done rattling when this small 4-point came out behind some does. They seemed like they were on edge already, they kept focusing on the wood line and wouldn’t go no closer. Then came out a bigger buck and ran the small buck off. I caught a glimpse of movement behind some bushes in the clear cut and out comes this stud. They start walking toward each other and the big guy runs the other buck off, and I finally got him to stop and made a shot at 250 yards. I knew I hit him a little low and frontwards, so I backed out and got a tracking dog. Little drops of blood here and there, the dog finally found him a couple hundred yards away and I got to put my hands on this stud.
