Hunt Story
I was sitting on ground on some newly purchased property. This was the third buck I saw. The first was the biggest, but I couldn't get a shot before he got across the lane. I had this deer on camera about a week ago for the first time. I didn't know it was him till I got to him, just knew it was a good deer. He came across a lane I have cleared in some planted pines and I drew a bead on him and let him have it. I was on the ground cause a buddy was with me and I only have one stand up on the land and I let him sit there. Glad I sat where I did. Nice mature deer.
