Hunt Story
The 8-point had been bedding behind my stand. Had not seen a deer until I got down to walk to the truck. As I walked back, I looked down in a bottom and hit he grunt call in a last ditch effort, in which he and a doe popped up 40 yards below me. I raised my rifle as he turned and dropped my best 8-point to date. I green scored him at 137 inches.
