Hunt Story
My daughter shot a nice buck from this stand on week 11. After Maggie Jo shot her buck I left this stand for the season with no plan to return. But I did decide to give it a shot as season is winding down . After watching a spike and bobcat have a stare off this buck showed in the clear cut and was headed to my bush hog lane where I cut it him down with my late dad’s 300wby magnum. These days I just hunt with my daughter so I haven’t shot a buck in a few years. Not my biggest by a long shot but I feel blessed to take an antlered buck again with my dads rifle.
