Hunt Story
I got up on Saturday morning and hunted for an hour. The rain ran me out of the stand. My dad told me that I could hunt that afternoon. We got in the stand at 5:30 p.m. We started seeing deer around 6:30 p.m. After watching two doe for 30 minutes, the 8-point buck stepped out. After about 15 minutes of trying to get a shot and my dad trying to talk me out of shooting him, I shot him at 80 yards. I knew if I let it go, my twin brother and my younger brother would shoot him if they saw it.
