Hunt Story
That afternoon I decided to hunt a tripod stand by myself in one of our soybean fields. Around 6:20 p.m. I heard chasing in the clearcut. A couple of minutes later a doe came running out with him behind her. I wasted no time and stopped him, then took the shot. The first shot was a good lung shot, but before he ran into the clearcut I took another shoot dropping him. It was a good successful hunt, and I enjoyed it.
