Hunt Story
As I walked to the stand with my Daddy, my fingers and toes were freezing already! It was Christmas Eve and 19 degrees outside. I had the best feeling and just knew I was going to get a big buck. I let 3 young 8-points walk and 5 does. I sat a little longer and then I saw my buck running straight towards the stand and knew it was my time to shine! I took my gun off safety and shot him dead in the shoulder with my Ruger 243. I looked at my Daddy and said, “Santa sure sent me a good Buck for Christmas!”
