Hunt Story
It was November 25, 2018, and I was hunting out of my box stand on our family property in Dooly County. I got in my stand about 6:45 a.m. that morning. The sky was overcast and it was about 37 degrees. The deer came out to my left, approximately 80 yards from the food plot. I watched him for a few minutes and made my shot at 9:05. I waited approximately 30 minutes before getting out of my stand. I made a perfect heart shot.
