Hunt Story
Cate and her grandfather, Papa Jack, have hunted a few times this season in Forsyth County. This buck came out about 5:00 and stared at them for over 10 minutes. He got wind of a doe about 50 yards away and walked closer. Cate waited for 20 minutes before she could get a good shot on her first buck kill. They waited about 40 minutes to search for blood, and he was down about 30 yards away.
