Hunt Story
I (his dad) dropped him to walk to his stand. Then I drove over to mine. I climbed up into my stand and began to get settled when I heard him shoot. He had only been in the stand 5-10 minutes when two does ran into the hayfield. Then a 6-point came out chasing them, and this buck wasn’t far behind. Carter tried to bleat so he would stop, but he didn’t. He was running and Carter pulled off a nice double lung shot! We have been hunting this particular deer for two years!
