I was hunting with my dad in a elevated box blind overlooking a small food. Just after first light around around 7:20 we heard deer coming up through the hardwoods beside us. They didn't come into the food plot and stepped out on a road about 120 yards out. The buck I shot was chasing another smaller buck in front of him. I didn't even give him time to stop and took the shot while he was still moving. He may have run about 10 feet before he fell. This is a buck we have had on camera and been chasing for 4 seasons now. We had named him "Swamp Donkey." I cannot begin to describe my excitement of harvesting such an amazing animal.
