Hunt Story
We had a lot of pictures of this deer since July. My twin brother almost killed him during bow season, but he spooked before he got close enough. We knew the temperature drop would put the deer on their feet. This deer was the fifth buck we had seen. He came out late and faced away from us for a long time. He finally turned just enough for me to find his shoulder. At the shot, we had no idea if it was a hit or miss...but I felt very good about the shot. We got my brother and we immediately found blood and had no problem going straight to him. It was my biggest buck so far and the celebration was epic. A day I'll never forget. Thank you Lord for the opportunity!
