Brody decided to hunt a ground blind do to high winds. The blind was overlooking a fresh cut 1/2-acre field in a clearcut. Brody sprayed doe in heat on a branch near the blind, and the buck came in at 5 yards and began licking the branch, giving Brody a perfect 5-yard shot. The buck ran about 50 yards.
