Hunt Story
Wow what a great hunting year. We have seen a number of great bucks this year. During the rut I watched this buck a few different times. Early in the season I didn't want to use my second tag on him but had made my mind up if he showed up in late December or January he was going to be taken. Well he walked out on a food plot at 5:15 p.m. on the last Saturday of the hunting year, and I made a perfect 220-yard shot. Never thought I would see him again, but not putting pressure on the deer heard has paid off. Thank you Lord!
