Watched buck all summer in summer plot. Hunted opening evening and he and a smaller 8-pointer came in a little after 7 p.m. He came in at 20 yards and I was able to get a shot. Buck ran approximately 100 yards before I lost sight of him. We waited about an hour before going to find him close to where I last saw him.
