Hunt Story
We had seen significant activity on this stand by virtue of being able to monitor with cellular trail cameras. There were multiple good bucks in the area. We had not seen this buck. Blair was in stand at 5:20 PM. She watched multiple does and yearlings feed in and through the plot. Just before the sun began setting, out stepped this deer. She placed her BAR .243 on his shoulder and squeezed off a great shot. The buck was recovered at just 10 yards of the food plot in some 3-year-old planted pines. What a great hunt and Blair was beyond excited, and she had one proud father!
