Hunt Story
Had many trail-cam pics of him. Hunted him for 5 days straight depending on wind direction. At 8 a.m. a doe crossed the bottom, he was shadowing her. They were both walking but I knew it was him immediately. I had named him "Hammer" cause his antlers were as thick as a Hammer handle. I shot and doe didn't move but looked in direction buck was. I could not see if he was down or not but when the doe ambled back across the bottom again and he wasn't shadowing her I figured it was a good sign. Waited an hour and found blood where he was standing. 50 yards later he was down. Gross scored at 127 and change. 10-inch G2s.
