Hunt Story
I have video tapped this deer for two years. I found both his sheds last year. I knew if I saw him this year he would be mature at 5 1/2 years old. On opening day of gun season he stepped into one of my lanes at 50 yards, I grunted to stop him and when he stopped and looked my direction, I pulled the trigger and my gun misfired. I couldn't believe that had happened. I tried to chamber a new bullet, and as I did he bolted. The next weekend was slow, but on Sunday morning he stepped out at 70 and gave me another chance. I grunted to stop him and my gun did not misfire that time!
