Hunt Story
My husband and I got up on Saturday morning saying that this day we would BOTH get a buck out of the same stand. That was at 4:30 AM. Sure enough, at just after 8 we spotted my deer easing up toward our tower stand. Buck fever had me because, in the scope, he looked SO BIG! But with encouragement, I aimed for behind the shoulder and squeezed the trigger. He bolted straight ahead into the woods and was out of sight. Waiting an hour to get down and look, 50 minutes pass and we see a larger, older deer out my husband's side of the tower stand! Two deer, one morning, one hour.....What a hunt!
