Hunt Story
Been hunting for the past week. I had seen some decent bucks, but not one I wanted to shoot. My son had this deer on game cam and was hunting him pretty hard. My son saw him about 4 days prior on a morning hunt. Then shot and missed him the next evening. On Sunday morning I was sitting about a half mile from where my son had last seen him. The buck stepped out about 9:30. I had no idea it was the one my son was after. But he looked good, so I shot. After the shot my son came to my stand. And was able to find a small spec of blood. He ended up trailing the deer about 200 yards. We were both really excited. He was happy for me. And was relieved himself cause he was unsure if he hit the deer the evening he shot.
