Hunt Story
We got to the stand around 3 p.m. We started seeing deer around 3:15. At 5:30 we had seen 15 does and small bucks. We felt like there was a mature buck in the area because all the deer were acting real nervous. We decided to try a grunt and estrous bleat. About 5 minutes after call sequence a mature doe ran out in food plot and about 125 yards away a mature buck stepped out. We knew instantly he was a shooter. We got the gun up and got on him. He came up in food plot about 110 yards. Addy put it right behind the shoulder and squeezed off the shot. He ran about 60 yards and we heard him crash and the celebration began.
