Hunt Story
Just before daylight I knew that this hunt had potential to be one for the books. I could hear deer running through the woods around me grunting, and snort wheezing. As light slowly made its way into the hardwood bottom that I was sitting in I saw several deer cruising the area and it was clear that a doe in estrous was in the area. This buck entered the hardwood bottom on the same trail as the others had been on earlier giving me a 100-yard shot through the hardwoods.
