Hunt Story
Abigail spent most of November and December seeking to harvest this buck. With it being the last week, it didn’t seem like the opportunity was going to present itself. The evening before, the buck came out at last light and didn’t not give a good angle for a shot before it got dark. The evening he was shot, the buck came out in time and turned broadside at 100 yards. Abigail had to yell at the deer to get him to stop. One clean shot to the shoulder and the deer fell immediately. Ten minutes later she was holding his horns excited for the opportunity to take such an awesome buck during the last weekend of the season.
