Hunt Story
Had several trail pictures of this deer over a mile away. I went to move a camera Friday morning and jumped him with a doe. I decided somebody needed to be in that stand that afternoon. My dad was supposed to go sit there but he had to go fix the well at his house late afternoon, so I slid in there. Around 5:20, I caught movement in the cutover and when I looked through the binoculars, I realized it was him. As soon as he gave me a good broadside shot, I squeezed the trigger and he hit the ground.
