My dad and I got to the stand at 5:00 on Tuesday afternoon. In the first 20 minutes we saw three does and two small bucks pushing them around. At 5:25 this buck emerged out of the timber to defend his territory. I immediately recognized this buck from multiple trail camera pictures. I shot him with my Ruger .308 rifle at about 65 yards and he ran about 30 yards. I am very thankful for the opportunity to harvest this buck!
