Hunt Story
The afternoon of New Year’s Day was rainy, so I chose to sit in a box stand. During the hunt I saw an 8-pointer, a spike, and few does. Around 6:00 I started gathering my stuff together to get down. I looked up to check the food plot, and the buck was standing in the plot. I made a good shot, and he ran 35 yards. You never know how things will work out, so you have to keep hunting and put it all in God’s hands!
