Hunt Story
This year has been tough, was able to lease this land late and finally got setup second week of November. Seeing mostly nocturnal activity is was just a waiting game. I got in the stand earlier than usual this morning and sitting waiting the moon was rising and I could see part of the field. At 6:20 I saw two deer cross but too dark to tell what they were just knew one had a bigger body. Feeling optimistic I was counting down till legal shooting light, around 7 the doe came out and was spookish and watch behind her this guy steps out. In the scramble of only having a neck shot I put one in him and he crashed not far.
