Hunt Story
The deer came into a pasture chasing a doe at 4:30 p.m. at 300 yards. He made it to 200 yards then I stopped him by bleating with my mouth. He was broadside at 200 yards I shot but wasn’t completely sure that I hit him and he ran about 60 yards further away and stopped, so I shot again. I chambered another round he was still standing and I went to shoot for the third time but he fell over so I didn’t have to shoot again. The shot was a perfect heart shot and I hit him when he was at 200 and missed the second shot! Great hunt!
