Saw 6-point and spike sparring soon after daylight, something spooked them off. About 20 minutes later doe came out looking back, buck was right behind her with his head down. Shot soon as he stepped into field about 250 yards, didn’t realize he was that big until I got to him, 300 magnum didn’t let him leave the field, dropped where he was shot.
