Hunt Story
I got settled in my stand about 2:45, after about 30 minutes I saw a doe coming down the hill feeding on acorns. While i was watching the doe, I caught movement to my right and I could tell it was a deer, so I put my scope on him and saw he was a really good buck while looking through the branches. My wind was blowing up toward him and I could tell he had no interest coming down to the doe that was in front of me. I quickly picked out an opening in the trees and I settled the crosshairs on the buck's vitals and squeezed the trigger. After my nerves settled I quickly climbed down in excitement to see the really nice buck I shot. He ran about 60 yards and crashed.
