Hunt Story
Been seeing this deer for a few years and had multiple encounters with him this season. After questioning myself on wether or not I was pressuring this deer too much, I went back after him on the evening of September 14. Getting in the stand at 6:45, the deer I called Bobby, "due to the fact he had no tail and looked like he was bob tailed" stepped out at 115 yards at 7:15 pm and began to feed on some privet hedge. Later he then turned back around and headed back toward the woods and was leaving the field I was in. I decided I had nothing to lose so I grunted at him. After hearing this, Bobby then turned around and headed straight to the stand I was in and gave me a clean 30-yard shot.
