Hunt Story
I have been watching this deer for a couple months. I thought I had him patterned pretty good for a morning hunt. My feeder went off at six, and around 6:30 I had 2 does come in to feed a few minutes. After that I saw this buck coming in with another doe. He made it to the feeder and I waited for what seemed like forever for a good broadside shot. He turned and I took the shoot. He ran off about 70 yards when I saw him fall. I waited for 10 minutes or so and got down. Ended up being a 9-yard shot with my crossbow.
