Georgia Outdoor News, Inc. on www.gon.com and related sites provides online services, including websites, applications, platforms, forums, and user-generated content without limitations (Services).

Please read these Terms of Use carefully before using any Services. By accessing or using, you agree to comply. By using Services or by clicking a box that states that you accept or agree to these terms, you signify your agreement to these terms. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use Services. A parent or guardian must provide consent to your child’s registration with any Services, and you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. We may add, delete or modify Services at any time at our discretion. We may change this Agreement, and if a change is unacceptable, you must stop use of the Services. Use of the Services after the effective date of change constitutes acceptance. Protected Content & Use of Services

Just because it’s on the Internet, content created and/or owned by others is not free to use. The Services and all included Content on www.gon.com and related sites are owned by Georgia Outdoor News, Inc. Other than very limited use strictly governed by the Fair Use Doctrine, demonstrated clearly by U.S. Copyright law, no Content shall be copied, republished, or distributed in any way unless written permission is expressly granted by agents of Georgia Outdoor News, Inc. Access to the Services including all content is provided for information and personal use only. Commercial use is prohibited by law. When using the Services, you agree to comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws including copyright law. User Registration

You acknowledge and agree that your User Content may be included on the websites and advertising networks.   We have the right, but not the obligation, to monitor User Content. We have the right in our sole discretion and for any reason whatsoever to edit, refuse to post, remove, or disable access to any User Content.

Jurisdiction and Venue

Any proceedings against Georgia Outdoor News, Inc. that may arise out of or be in any way related to our Services or Terms of Use shall be brought exclusively in the state and federal courts located in Athens, Georgia. You waive any jurisdictional, venue, or inconvenient forum objections to such courts. We make no representation that information, content and materials on the Services, including User Content, are appropriate or available for use in any particular location. If you choose to access the Services you do so on your own initiative and are responsible for compliance with all applicable laws including any applicable local laws.

Termination

We may terminate these Terms of Use in respect to your use or access to Services at our discretion. Georgia Outdoor News, Inc. may restrict, suspend or terminate your access to and use of the Services immediately and without notice or liability, with or without cause. You may terminate these Terms of Use by ceasing to use or access Services. Termination is your sole right and exclusive remedy if you are not satisfied with the Services. Upon the effective date of any such termination, your right to access and use the Services shall immediately cease.
