The extended archery season paid off for Tyler Brown, of Villa Rica, with this Fulton County crossbow buck. Tyler killed the 9-pointer on Jan. 29.

 

Joseph Miles, of Waynesboro, with his 11-point buck from last season that netted 143 even. Joseph is now tied for No. 12 all-time in the Burke County records.

 

Kevin Carnes, of Dunwoody, with a big Gwinnett County bow-buck that’s entered in Week 17 of Truck-Buck.

 

A Sept. 20 bowhunt on the Chattahoochee National Forest in Murray County produced this big bear for Josh Antinozzi, of Jasper.

 

Michael Davidson, of Bethlehem, with a big Lake Lanier spotted bass he fooled with a jerkbait last March.

 

Anna Adams, 16, got her second deer this past season. Anna made a perfect shot on the Madison County 8-pointer.

 

Concord’s Brian Reece killed this Talbot County 11-point buck on Oct. 22.

 

Shali King and Trent Lunn took advantage of the rare doe day in Murray County to put some meat in the freezer this season. Shali and Trent are from Pickens County.

 

Kris Miller, of Cumming, caught and released this nice bass while fishing a 5-inch red plastic worm in a north Georgia lake last June.

 

Trent Kiniry and Trey McHan, from Dalton, killed seven rabbits with the dogs Beckman and Beauford while hunting in Walker County on Jan. 22.

 

Adam Crowe, of Monroe, caught this toothy gar in Lake Oconee on June 12.

 

Fernando Alvarado now has the No. 7 buck of all-time for Redlands WMA in Greene County. The 8-pointer he killed on Nov. 5 netted 130 inches even.

 

Gabriel Ouzts, 18, killed this hog Feb. 6 in Elbert County. The boar weighed 496 pounds and was 7 1/2 feet long.

 

Jessica Shelta, of Vero Beach, Fla., with her personal best, a big 8-point killed in Omega, which is along the Tift-Colquitt county line.

 

Almost hidden behind his big Coosa River flathead is Lamar Holcombe. Lamar caught the catfish last April on a 9-inch live gizzard shad.

 

At 71 years old, Rod Clark, of Steinhatchee, Fla., got his best buck ever while hunting in north Ware County. Rod shot the 19-inch-wide 8-pointer on Oct. 29.

 

David Bolton, of Suwanee, was hunting family land in Burke County on Oct. 27 when he downed this 9-pointer, his best buck ever from Burke.

 

An Oct. 27 hunt in Meriwether County produced this 12-point buck for Justus Holt, of Hogansville. The buck left a doe and came straight to a grunt call.
